Liber & Co. Real Grenadine is a premium pomegranate-based cocktail syrup, essential in classics like the Jack Rose, Tequila Sunrise and Scofflaw. Made from California pomegranates, pure cane sugar and orange flower water, it boasts an intense red color intrinsic to the naturally red fruit. Crafted in Austin, TX, it's 65% juice, with a 17 oz bottle making 20-34 cocktails.

As Serious Eats noted, this is "the most pure, unadulterated pomegranate flavor I've found in a grenadine." The ingredients include pomegranate juice, cane sugar, gum arabic, orange flower water, citric acid, and benzoic acid. Nutritionally, a 0.5 oz (15 ml) serving provides 35 calories, 0g total fat, 0mg cholesterol, 0mg sodium, 9g total carbs (including 7g added sugars), and 0g protein.

From a 3rd generation family farm, our California pomegranates are the foundation for our Real Grenadine. This vibrant syrup offers a balanced sweetness and acidity, with the fruit's cardinal color beautifully preserved through cold processing.
