Made from real roasted almonds, pure cane sugar, and bitter almond oil, it offers an exceptionally unique flavor and aroma. Crafted in Austin, TX, this 17 oz bottle makes 20-34 cocktails.

The core of our orgeat is real almonds - blanched, roasted, and ground perfectly smooth. Expect toasted nuts, an edge of bitter almond (marzipan) and light florals from orange blossom water, with a medium-high sugar content.

MAI TAI The time-honored godfather of tiki cocktails. The key to making the best mai tai is real almond orgeat syrup. Ingredients: ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup, 2 oz rum, ½ oz orange liqueur, 1 oz lime juice Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds. Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint and a lime wheel.

ARMY NAVY A bright, citrusy gin sour that's balanced by warm undertones of roasted almonds and spiced bitters. Ingredients: ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup, 1 ½ oz gin, ¾ oz lemon juice, 1 dash aromatic bitters Instructions: Shake all with ice for 10 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass.

RHYME OR REASON Toasted almonds and spicy rye are balanced by luxuriant blood orange flavor. Ingredients: ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup, ½ oz Blood Orange Cordial, 1 ½ oz rye whiskey, ¾ oz lime juice Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
