Our Pineapple Gum Syrup can be used to create delicious and complex cocktails. In the CUYA COLADA, a lighter, more complex take on the famous Piña Colada, the syrup is combined with Tropical Passionfruit Syrup, gold rum, lime juice, and coconut milk. For the JUNGLE BIRD, a tiki cocktail lush with pineapple and lime, plus a hint of Campari's bitterness, the syrup is mixed with dark Jamaican rum, Campari, and lime juice. THE DUTCHMAN, a riff on a cocktail from Theo Lieberman of Lantern's Keep and Milk and Honey in NYC, uses the syrup along with Almond Orgeat Syrup, genever, Angostura Bitters, and lemon juice for a delicious tiki sour. Finally, the PINEAPPLE BASIL LIMEADE is a sweet-tart effervescent mocktail, where the syrup is muddled with basil, lime juice, and topped with soda water.
